Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. At this time we ship within the United States only — international shipping is on our roadmap.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
To start a return, email support@zeeglobalproducts.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Full return details, including non-returnable items and who pays return shipping, are on our Refund Policy page.
Warranty
Every zeeglobal product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty covers defective parts and workmanship; it does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
To make a claim, contact support@zeeglobalproducts.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and our team will guide you through next steps. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.
