Coverage
All zeeglobal products carry a 1-year limited warrantyfrom the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered product fails within the warranty period, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it — our choice.

What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature failure under normal, intended use
- Charging ports, cables, and connectors that stop working without misuse
What's not covered
- Damage from accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
How to make a claim
